SAR combustion control system FLR

One of the demonstrations that will take place is a process control system with integrated, SAR produced, combustion control system FLR. A body from the joint venture power generating plant in Schweinfurt in cooperation with well known research bodies developed a coupled model based combustion and grate simulation "CombuGrate" that yields realistic conditions and demonstrates clearly the functionality of the SAR-FLR.

Market innovation PPL - Premium Plant Library

A further market innovation, in a cooperative development between SAR and the energy producer E.ON, is the PCS7 Power Station PPL (Premium Plant Library). The PPL was created especially for the high-tech challenges of the energy generation sector, taking into account the VGB (power industry association) guidelines and fully covering the required functional range with practice-oriented software building blocks.
 

Combustion optimization with camera system

ciTec, a partner of SAR, will represent a camera system for infrared based optimisation of combustibles in the thermal effluent treatment. This solution is seamlessly integrated into the SAR combustion control system.
