Final acceptance - Paper manufacturer Palm in Eltmann

In March 2007 the first project kicked off in scope power industry were SAR supplied the complete electrical, process and control systems. We obtained in partnership with KRIKO, company based in Merzhausen, the task to equip two steam and gas power stations. The client was paper manufacturer Palm who started the power plant projects in Eltmann and Wörth on the river Rhine simultaneously.

SAR accepted full liability for the so called HKW3 project in Eltmann. The job was carried out in close cooperation with SAR Leipzig, Dingolfing and Slovenia.
 
On the perimeter large projects from Bertsch and EON could be completed. For our partner KRIKO we manufactured more than 50 power control panels for the HKW in Wörth.

• 13 fields low voltage main distributor 4000A
• 25 power, lighting, and process fields
• 2 frequency converters 600KW
• boiler safety controller (for Eltmann and Wörth)
• emergency current concept with UPS and battery backup 230/400VAC, 24/110VDC
• approx. 200 Sensors, transmitters, probes, regulating valves incl. differential pressure pipes
