On order from the company Sturm Machinenbau, the final coat line "Flexiline" at BMW in Regensburg, consisting of a body painting area and two dryer tunnels connected via two cross conveyors, was created.

The scope of supply for SAR consisted of the controls for in and outlet air of the painting cabins (BC/CC), for the air recycling systems of both dryer lines, for the conveyor technology of the complete system as well as for the waste water recycling and cleaning systems with decanter.

Flexible operation

Additionally to the series vehicles, from prototypes to trial carriers (also small volumes with special colors and color changes) various special applications can be run without detrimentally affecting the other final coat lines - that makes flexibility.

• Cycle time: 146 seconds

• Level 0,0 m: Waste water recycling, paint supply
• Level 6,8 m: Final coat and drying systems
• Level 18,1 m: Fresh, return and waste air systems
