Take advantage of our know-how, for example robot-supported production processes in the assembly of soundproofing packages. Here, sprayed acoustic compounds replace conventional, manually applied bitumen matting, which leads to a considerable increase in flexibility. The 15% reduction in weight and the lower volumes of materials required conserves resources for the future. Our own specially developed, application pistol with its fast reacting, servo-controlled drive, ensures an even coating.

Automated sealing of holes in car bodies

In cooperation with renowned manufacturers of adhesive pads, SAR has automated the process of applying pads onto openings in car bodies.
SAR’s “automated process of sealing holes” is characterised by significantly higher precision levels and process monitoring compared to conventional methods.

Value cell

SAR has implemented systems for seam sealing of sheet overlaps in bodywork at the BMW plants in Regensburg and Leipzig with the "value cell".
